Fall 2021 •  Teen Adventures  •  Ages 12-16  •  Fridays, September 10 - December 17, with breaks on October 15 & November 26 (13 program days total)

 

This class is designed to answer the Call of the Wild in the hearts of teens. The yearning to stretch their legs and discover what the world has to offer. Each week teens will hop in our passenger van and head out for a new adventure. One day they may find themselves enjoying the amazing views of Black Balsam as they harvest wild edibles. The next week they’re at our Shope Creek basecamp stalking silently through the brush to surprise an unsuspecting group of younger kids. Whatever the adventure, you can be certain it will be epic.

Drop-off & Pick-up for this program is ONLY at Haw Creek Commons, with passenger van transportation to a variety of wilderness locations in the Asheville area.
