Shuttle Van: Fridays at Otherside Farm

This is the registration for the Shuttle Van for the Fall 2024 Friday Otherside Farm programs.

These programs have 2 drop-off/pick-up spots:

• In-town at Jesse Cake Bake Shop in Leicester or
• Directly at the forested program location of Otherside Farm in Sandy Mush.

The default drop-off/pick-up location for all programs that take place at Otherside Farm is directly at Otherside Farm.  BUT, there are limited spaces available in our shuttle vans, which allows for drop-off/pick-up at our in-town location of jesse Cake Bake Shop.  Shuttle vans provide students transportation from Jesse Cake to Otherside in the morning, and back to Jesse Cake for pick-up at the end of the day.

Shuttle van seats must be signed up for independent of your programs.  Be sure to add this to your cart and checkout with it to secure a spot in the van for your student.

Van seats must be registered for EACH DAY OF THE WEEK your child is in a program if you want to drop-off/pick-up at Jesse Cake.

Friday Otherside Forest Adventures Drop-off/Pick-up Times:

Jesse Cake Bake Shop(w/ shuttle van to Otherside Farm & back)

• Drop-off 9:15 - 9:30 am (No late drop-off. Van leaves promptly at 9:35 am)
• Pick-up 4:15 - 4:30 pm

IMPORTANT LATE Drop-off/Pick-up Notes:

• No Late Jesse Cake Drop-off:  Shuttle van leaves promptly at 9:35 am.  Anyone dropping-off at Jesse Cake Bake Shop in the morning must arrive by 9:35 am at the latest or the shuttle van will be in route to Otherside Farm and parents must instead drive to Otherside Farm for drop-off or miss that day.
