Shuttle Van: Wednesdays

This is the registration for the Shuttle Van for the Fall 2024 Wednesday programs.

These programs have 2 drop-off/pick-up spots:

• In-town at Haw Creek Commons or
• Directly at the forested camp location of Shope Creek Wilderness.

The default drop-off/pick-up location for all programs that take place at Shope Creek Wilderness is directly at Shope Creek.  BUT, there are limited spaces available in our shuttle vans, which allows for drop-off/pick-up at our in-town location of Haw Creek Commons.  Shuttle vans provide students transportation from Haw Creek Commons to Shope Creek in the morning, and back to Haw Creek Commons for pick-up at the end of the day.

Shuttle van seats must be signed up for independent of your programs.  Be sure to add this to your cart and checkout with it to secure a spot in the van for your student.

Van seats must be registered for EACH DAY OF THE WEEK your child is in a program if you want to drop-off/pick-up at Haw Creek Commons.

Fall 2024 Wednesday programs that occur at Shope Creek and DO utilize the shuttle include:

• Heartwood: Acorns (ages 6-8)

• Heartwood: Saplings (ages 9-12)
• Heartwood: Oaks (ages 11-14)
