Journey of the Green Man • June 24-28

Join us on a fantastic adventure as we discover the magical world of the Green Man. Campers will be regaled with the ancient tale of The Green Man, and then join along in the adventure by learning and practicing many of the same wilderness skills heard about in the story. Skills such as how to make a fire and build a shelter using only material found in the natural world. How to identify and prepare wild edible and medicinal plants. How to sit so still and quiet in the forest that a deer might walk right by unalarmed…

As the week progresses the story comes to life as the characters begin appearing in the forest. The camp culminates in one final challenge, in which the campers must use all they’ve learned to help save the Green Man and restore balance to the realm.
