Important Note on Drop-off/Pick-up Location & Shuttle Service

We have a new system for securing a spot in our passenger vans.

 

The default drop-off/pick-up spot for all programs is not directly at the program location(see program description for which location its at).  BUT, there are limited spaces available in our shuttle vans, which allows for drop-off/pick-up at our in-town locations.  Shuttle vans provide campers transportation from our in-town location to the program location and back at the end of the day.

 

Shuttle van seats must be signed up for independent of your program and are listed at the top of each days programs below.  Be sure to add the shuttle van to your cart and checkout with it to secure a spot in the van for your child.

Van seats must be registered for EACH DAY your child is in a program if you want to drop-off/pick-up at our in-town location.

 

Shuttle Vans do have a waitlist, but we can't guarantee a spot will become available.  So if the Shuttle Van is listed as full for any given day and your child's participation is dependent on a seat in the van we encourage you to choose a different day of programs.

 

No van seats saved for Waitlists.  Shuttle Vans seats are only available if your child is actually enrolled in a program, not on the waitlist.  If you're on the waitlist for a program and a spot opens up, we'll let you know at that time if there are any seats available on the shuttle van.

 

Exceptions:  Programs that only occur and drop/pick at Haw Creek Commons and thus DO NOT utilize the shuttle van include:

  • Tuesday Blacksmithing
  • Friday Pottery
